Invited Guest at KAUR- Sword of a Lioness

13 May 2017: A female Sikh will have the word KAUR after the given name as SINGH for the men.  Kaur means a lioness. But the meaning goes beyond that and I was given the honour and privilege to be an invited guest for the first ever English Punjabi Bilingual Dance and Theatre : KAUR- Sword of a Lioness  at the Temple of Fine Arts in Brickfields which was produced by Dhadheewala Production. The storyline illustrated the live of Mai Bhago: a famous female sikh warrior.

I must congratulate the team which worked behind the scenes and the artist who performed with fantastic grace and professionalism.

Hope to have more theatre plays of similar nature in the near future.
