Patient-centered experience, encompassing culturally sensitive care and seamless digital interfaces, is essential for both domestic and international patients.
Effective leadership also requires robust care coordination through integrated networks and a shift towards value-based, sustainable care models and not focusing on only cost cutting measures.
Hospitals must expand from acute interventions to holistic, long-term health support, including post-procedure follow-up and wellness programs for the ageing population.
Strategic partnerships, shared data platforms, and engagement with policymakers on quality assurance and regional branding are critical. Investment in digital infrastructure and global alliances further strengthens leadership in managing international patients.
