My view on regulating is that it ensures affordability, standardizes costs, protects patients but it limits innovation, reduces competition, and leads to difficulties in delivering care.

Unregulated fee schedule:

will foster competition and encourage innovation, but there are potential worry of exorbitant costs and barriers to healthcare access. But it gives the choice to patients to choose their healthcare providers and compare as long as the cost is made transparent.
