It is important that all surgeons who are practicing must update their skills and adopting newer knowledge particularly in the latest technology to remain relevant. Experience based knowledge is important but going back to the drawing board and wet labs is essential. My recent update and hands on skill in the USA has made a difference working together with a mentor.
