14th September 2019: Hydrabad: Three speakers spoke in detail on Patient Safety efforts. We all agreed its the commitment of the leadership to create strict policies in their organisation so that there are clear reporting systems to create a robust patient safety system. The importance of enforcing proper steps to make sure the policies are followed and those who refuse to comply should be re-trained and remanded. Approaches can be as simple reminders to improve up to termination of service or contract if health care personnels refuse to follow proper patient safety norms.
