16th March 2017: Florida USA. Newer technologies and modern thinking in making ENT surgery minimally invasive was the main theme of this conference held in Sarasota, Florida USA. Different concepts and discussion on contemporary topics was the main agenda of the meeting. Technology on minimally invasive nasal and ear surgery is the direction for the future. Surgical management in ENT is slowly drifting to office based procedures and the preservation of structures and normal lining of the nose is the key aspect of better outcomes.
This meeting in USA will be a platform for topics in the next ENT Summit 2018 in Kuala Lumpur. We now look towards developing a modern ENT management as technology evolves.
The Sarasota meeting had a combination of Otology, Sinus and Sleep Apnea topics which has taken a leap forward towards precise and definitive ENT surgery.
