Prof Dato Dr Khalid Kadir was not my teacher as a medical student but he lead our rounds when I was an houseman in HKL (1995). My understanding of diabetes is crystal clear in my mind upto now because of his guidance during my housemanship.
He always kept in touch and my last greeting was Hari Raya last year. My condolences to his wife and family.
