FV Hospital, founded in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City by Dr. Jean-Marcel Guillon and French doctors, was the first fully foreign-invested hospital in southern Vietnam. In January 2024, it was acquired by Thomson Medical Group for $381 million, boosting international-standard healthcare and regional expansion.
