I spent the evening aboard ICGS Vigraha, an Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) that serves in the Indian Coast Guard rather than the Indian Navy. The Vigraha is the seventh and final ship in the Vikram-class of OPVs.

I was honored to be invited by His Excellency Mr. B. N. Reddy, High Commissioner of India to Malaysia, and to meet First Admiral Shahref Steve Mac Queen Abdullah of the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA). Also present Dr Shuba Srinivasan CEO Prince Court Medical Centre (Official)
