My trip to Singapore would not feel complete without the opportunity to meet two exemplary individuals who have greatly influenced my professional journey.
The first is Associate Professor Dr. Siow Jin Keat, whose guidance has been instrumental in my development as an ENT surgeon. Over the years, he has offered invaluable support and mentorship, and his contributions to the field are truly inspiring. Dr. Siow has also been a steadfast advocate for the annual ENT Summit, an event I have been privileged to be part of for the past 16 years. His commitment to advancing our specialty and fostering a collaborative environment has made a significant impact, and I look forward to discussing our shared passions and aspirations for the future of ENT.
The second individual I am keen to connect with is Dr. Eugene Fidelis Soh, the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Population Health at the National Healthcare Group, Singapore. Dr. Soh plays a vital role in overseeing the Hospitals of Singapore Network, driving initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery and population health management. His innovative approach and strategic leadership are shaping the future of healthcare in Singapore, and I am eager to engage in meaningful discussions about the evolving landscape of healthcare services and potential collaborative opportunities.
Meeting both Dr. Siow and Dr. Soh will not only enrich my experience in Singapore but will also provide me with fresh insights and perspectives that could benefit my practice and the broader medical community. I am truly looking forward to these impactful conversations.
