30 March 2018: Just a week ago I concluded ENT Summit 2018, the 9th meeting since 2010. It may look easy to organise a conference after many years of experience. The truth is every meeting and conference is different. Previous experience is helpful but every event is a new page! Old fashion conferences with symposia, plenary and key note will soon be outdated as todays participants need instant information to the point of concern.
ENT summit had electronic Question & Answer system that interacts with the crowd, E Certificate, E Program and live surgery transmission. The summit was like a talk show with cameras and experts had to give answers on the spot without prompting. ENT summit is meant for real learning and it attracted 250 ENTs almost through out the 3 days.
Looking forward for 2019!
