14th September 2017: We have progressed to a level that patients have the right to make decisions on their healthcare with appropriate and accurate medical advice from doctors. Technology has brought medical science to great heights but its the patient who makes the decision on how much needs to be done [but with medical advice]
Today we met with a team of medico legal lawyers and members of an indemnity society. It had in depth discussion and presentation on various aspects of the law both local and internationally on managing treatment modalities and consents.
